Employee Relations This function is the design, development and implementation of programs to ensure mission effectiveness through employee accountability. Programs should strive to maintain an effective employer-employee relationship that balances the agency's needs against its employees' rights. The function includes the following sub-functions: A.7.1 Employee Misconduct Remediation; A.7.2 Employee Performance Remediation; A.7.3 Administrative Grievances and Third-Party Proceedings; A.7.4 Reasonable Accommodation Programming; and A.7.5 Employee Suitability.
