Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts or GWACs are task order or delivery order contracts for information technology established by one agency for governmentwide use. Each GWAC is operated by an Executive Agent designated by the Office of Management and Budget pursuant to Section 5112(e) of the Clinger-Cohen Act, 40 U.S.C. 1412. ALLIANT 3

Alliant 3 - Alliant 3 is GSA's next-generation Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for information technology services. Structured as a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) vehicle, Alliant 3 enables federal agencies to quickly acquire complex, enterprise-wide IT solutions quickly, securely, and at scale. Alliant 3 builds on the proven legacy of the Alliant and Alliant 2 contracts by modernizing acquisition strategy, strengthening competition, and aligning federal IT procurement with current administration priorities focused on efficiency, accountability, and measurable mission outcomes.

ALL 3 - The Alliant 3 GWAC will provide Federal Government agencies with integrated IT services-based solutions for current and evolving needs on a global basis. This Master Contract allows for the application of technology to meet mission needs including the ability to perform all current and emerging IT services-based solutions required anywhere and anytime worldwide. Integrated IT services-based solutions may be composed of IT components as described in Section C. These solutions may be tailored in Task Order Requests to meet agencies' mission requirements. Task Order work may be performed at Government or Contractor facilities located throughout the world, with the exception of foreign locations prohibited by U.S. law or regulation, to provide a variety of IT solutions and support services. IT solution services within scope of this Master Contract include both established and emerging technologies that will evolve over the life of the Master Contract as supported by the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), Department of Defense Information Enterprise Architecture (DoD IEA) Reference Models, and associated reference models.
