Labor Relations This function involves the managing of the relationship between the agency and its management associations, unions and bargaining units. This includes negotiating and administering labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements; managing negotiated grievances; and participating in negotiated third party proceedings. Includes adjudication of issues related to Disaster Relief. This function includes the following sub-functions: A.8.1 Labor Relations Management; A.8.2 Negotiated Grievances and Third-Party Proceedings; and A.8.3 Collective Bargaining.
